While there are no hard and fast rules about dieting, it’s generally agreed upon that unless you really want to punish yourself, it’s okay to take a couple cheat days every month.

These days Kim has been on her best behavior, not even allowing herself a bite of her favorite desert after she whipped up a batch of fresh batch, but not even Kim can resist eating a single churro on her cheat day. Only one, Kim? Now that’s willpower.

Gigi Hadid doesn’t exactly keep her love of cheeseburgers a secret, so it’s no surprise that she’s confessed they’re the one dish she turns to the most on her cheat days.
