Daisy Clementine’s Using Hypnotism to Take Over the World
You probably know that Lucky Blue Smith was one of the biggest male models in 2016, but what you might not know is that one of his three sisters was signed to a modeling agency first.
Daisy Clementine Smith was signed at 14, and she’s the one who brought her entire family out to LA, where they were all subsequently signed as models.
Now, Daisy plays alongside all of her siblings in their band, The Atomics, while continuing to slay LA in her baby pink vintage car. We caught up with Daisy to talk the best jeans ever, who she goes to for dating advice, and her plans for world domination.
What color most describes you? Also, what’s your favorite color to wear?
I think the color that describes me is probably a super soft pink, like the color of my car. I love wearing emerald green or black. Those are my power colors.
Which of your siblings would you go to for relationship advice?
I would go to my older sister, Starlie, for dating advice. I think I have always been the most involved with her dating life out of all of my siblings, so it makes sense that she would know about mine. Unless I needed a boys’ point of view, then I go to Lucky.
What’s your favorite pair of jeans you’ve ever owned?
I think my favorite pair of jeans I own are a pair of light wash high waisted jeans from Madewell. Those babies make me feel like a 90s supermodel.
Which of your siblings is the one to play music when you guys take a road trip together?
We usually take turns playing music. But if it’s up to me on long road trips, I usually play podcasts or audiobooks.
What’s the biggest difference between living in LA and Utah?
The biggest differences between living in Utah and Los Angeles is the traffic and how much it controls your life, and the culture of the people. Utah is much more conservative and family centered than Los Angeles.
Describe your ideal Christmas
My ideal Christmas would be to spend all of the time hanging out with my extended family and eating yummy food. I don’t care where it is or even if I get presents, I just love spending quality time with my favorite people.
What’s exciting you most in life right now?
I am most excited about the music we have been writing and our shows we have coming up. I am so excited to show the world what we are creating.
