Bella Hadid Says She Accidentally Lost Too Much Weight
In case you havenâ€™t noticed, Bella Hadid is skinny.
Like my co-worker ate like Bella Hadid for a week and in her own words, she lost way too much weight.
But plot twist:Â Bella Hadid thinksÂ sheâ€™s too skinny and claims she didnâ€™t mean to lose so much weight.
â€œI really didnâ€™t mean to [lose weight],â€ Bella Hadid told People. â€œLike I want boobs. I want my ass back. But itâ€™s not my fault. My weight fluctuates and so does everybodyâ€™s and I think that if people are gonna judge, thatâ€™s the worst you can possibly do because everybody is different.â€
â€œI worked out so hard and everybody is like, â€˜Oh she looks so skinny blah, blah, blah.’ But I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. Iâ€™ve been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours a day.â€
Well, thatâ€™ll do it.
Working out for three hours a day and mainly just eating protein is the fastest way to lose too much weight.
I know because that’s what I did last summer after going crazy trying to eat like a Victoria’s Secret modelÂ for a month, and when I went home to see my family in August, my motherÂ actually asked me if I was ill.
â€œI think every single person in the world has insecurities,â€ Bella wisely concluded. â€œItâ€™s crazy because I think that when other people look at all of the VS models or all of the girls [who] are walking, theyâ€™re like, â€˜Theyâ€™re not human. They donâ€™t have any insecurities.â€™ But I think every single girl [whoâ€™s] going to be walking probably has an insecurity.'”
