VALGUR Brings Mexican Nostalgia to Life in “Corazón de Cristal”

For Mexican pop duo VALGUR, nostalgia is more than a feeling—it’s a world of its own. Hailing from Juchitán, Oaxaca, siblings Elizabeth and Hugo have built a distinctive musical identity rooted in faith, theater, and fantasy.

Their latest single, “Corazón de Cristal,” draws inspiration from childhood memories of quinceañeras, graduations, and family celebrations, bringing the grandeur of classic productions into a contemporary soundscape.

Accompanied by a cinematic music video directed by Alejandra Villalba, the track explores young love, heartbreak, and the memories that linger long after a relationship ends. Following the acclaim of their album “ARMAGGEDON“, VALGUR invites listeners into another imaginative chapter ahead of their forthcoming album, arriving November 16.
