12 years have gone by since the last installment of The Princess Diaries was released, the teen romantic comedy responsible for putting Anne Hathaway on the map in 2001, but it seems we haven’t heard the last of Mia Thermopolis.
“I was with Anne Hathaway a couple weeks ago, it looks like we want to do ‘Princess Diaries 3’ in Manhattan,” Gary Marshall, the franchise director, told People Magazine.
“Anne Hathaway is very pregnant, so we have to wait until she has the baby and then I think we’re going to do it.”
