Tommy gives us an exclusive look into his Paris Fashion Week experience at the Balenciaga Show. This Season, Balenciaga used creativity has its main inspiration. What you can expect from a Balenciaga show is amazing bags and shoes, one of a kind fabrics and somewhere in the audience is Kim Kardashian – this season didn’t fail expectations.

TELL US WHAT YOUR FAVORITE MOMENT FROM THIS YEARS BALENCIAGA SHOW?
I think my favourite moment has to be my very first Balenciaga fall 22 show , the energy and the set was just incredible and it was my first ever attendance to a show so it felt truly special.
HOW DO YOU FEEL BALENCIAGA IS DISRUPTING THE FASHION SPACE?
I feel glad that there is a brand like Balenciaga to think outside the box and create noise in the industry especially when a lot of brands focus on marketability but not creativity.
WHAT MAKES FASHION VIRAL?
I think weirdness and relatability makes fashion go viral something that gets people talking.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT AI AS A MODEL AND CREATOR?
I think AI has its uses in the fashion industry but I think it will never be able to convey the same energy as a real model and creator.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR AESTHETIC?
I like to think of my aesthetic as shape shifting I like to transform into characters and personas but generally most of my looks are dark , sharp and clean.
WHAT DOES FASHION MEAN TO YOU AND HOW HAS OT HELPED YOU ESPACE REALITY?
I think fashion to me is everything, it shows people who you are. It allows you to become somebody totally different and change how you feel and how others perceive you. Fashion is the one thing that has allowed me to free myself from my normal life, it can give you a new story, a new feeling and confidence most of all.
WHO ARE YOUR FASHION ICONS?
I think Hannah and Steven from materies fecales are up there, they truly make looks that feel other worldy. Peter Do and Demna are definitely people I see as my fashion icons too.
WHAT IS YOUR BEAUTY REGIME?
Hmmm my beauty regime.. I think it depends on the day and my mood but usually I like to keep clean and simple. Clean hair, nails and smelling nice is a must. No dirty energy in 2024
YOU HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY BALENCIAGA SHOWS WHICH ONE HAS STOOD OUT TO YOU MOST?
The fall 24 show was so iconic ,the people, the energy, the set, the music and obviously the clothes made it an incredible experience.
WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO BRAND HOW DID THIS COLLABORATION COME ABOUT?
I would like to say Balenciaga is like a really big family, Demna has a way of making you feel part of the world. My relationship with the brand has started with attendance to the shows but it has also grown into being able to work together with Balenciaga for projects too. I don’t even know how it came to be I’m just a random person from the middle of nowhere in Ireland so I’m really grateful to be recognized and appreciated by Balenciaga.
ONE PIECE FROM YOUR BALENCIAGA WARDROBE YOU CANT LIVE WITHOUT?
Ohhhh my Balenciaga defenders for sure I wear them everyday I don’t think I’d be able to go without them. They single handedly win over any of my shoes they’re so comfortable and weird looking I love it.

I secretly love garlic dip about too much.
WHAT IS NEXT FOR YOU ON YOUR FASHION JOURNEY?
I would love love love to start my own label and continue fashion design. But my number one dream is to attend the met gala.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE VIBE OF THIS YEAR PFW?
I think there is definitely a vibe this season, I don’t know what it is yet but we’ve had some definite flops and some really good bops I think. From a models perspective it’s been really hard and slow but nonetheless I’m here for the fashion and it’s definitely still there.
WHAT YOUR FAVORITE PLACES TO EAT PARTY AND PLAY IN PARIS?
One of my favourite places in Paris would be a really cute brunch place called Marcel the food is so good. Balenciaga after parties are always my fav event of the season and to play would for sure be my bed.
What is the most enchanting moment u have had with Balenciaga?
My most enchanting moment with Balenciaga was being able to be part of their projects and to see how it all happens behind the scenes.
