Raf Simons’ Latest Adidas Collection Is A 90s Daydream

Get ready 90s babies!

Just as we were all getting over Raf Simons’ new title at Calvin Klein, the designer unveiled the latest styles from his ongoing collaboration with Adidas. Raf’s perforated “R,” has been a street-style staple for many seasons now. But the styles coming this September are giving us mega 90s vibes, and we’re obsessed.

For fall 2016, the Stan Smith will be introduced in even more silhouettes: the Stan Smith Comfort and the Matrix Spirit. The Stan Smith Comfort is trimmed with Velcro straps, while the Matrix Spirit is “an archival sneaker from 1984 — a basketball-inspired shape fashioned out of canvas,” reported Refinery29.

Everybody loves feelings of nostalgia, and these retro-inspired kicks will most definitely be welcomed into closets worldwide. However, acquiring a Raf piece doesn’t come cheap: these sneakers will cost between $330 to $415 a pair.

The sneakers will be available later this month at high-end retailers like Neiman Marcus, Barneys New York, and Ssense, as well as at Adidas concept stores.
