Watch 2009 Kim K Say ‘Sure, Why Not’ to Starring in a Workout Tape
Back in 2009 when Kim K was still on the come-up, she tried just about everything to get people to like her.
She made a cameo in the now-forgotten disaster film spoof “Disaster Movie,” made a brief appearance on Dancing With the Stars, and she came out with her own workout series.
Co-created with Jennifer Galardi, who besides Jillian Michaels was the go-to girl for fitness DVDs back in the 2000s, Kim created her own workout series called “Fit In Your Jeans By Friday” because as Kim explained, “I’m always trying to figure out how I fit into my jeans by Friday.”
TBH, if your jeans are so tight that you’re trying to fit into them on a weekly basis, maybe you need to just suck it up and buy a bigger pair.
Consisting of three tapes, “Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt,” “Amazing Abs Body Sculpt,” and “Butt Blasting Cardio,” the videos featured “quick-paced workouts” like the “no pooch pull” that will helps you burn “100s of calories.”
“The look is like 80s, but futuristic and modern, it’s everything all in one,” Kim said, describing the vibe of her workout series, adding that it’s really hard.
“Ah, my thighs are burning,” Kim K cries out in the middle of her promotional teaser, although it’s unclear whether this was because the workout was hard or Kim’s idea is walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes until she gets bored.
If this sounds like just what you’ve always wanted in a workout, then you’re in luck. Kim’s incredible workout DVDs are available for prices as low as 18 cents on Amazon.
Now that’s a bargain!
