Shake Shack is more or less the In-N-Out of the east coast. It’s trendy, it’s simple, it’s delicious, and it’s still the type of place you’d totally take a Tinder date without feeling cheap.
But Shake Shack had one snag in its perfect appeal to our generation. It wasn’t the Instagrammable outside seating or the convenient trays, it was the fact that they didn’t offer gluten-free buns for their burgers.
But guess what? Now, in honor of the giving season, Shake Shack has announced that they are blessing us with gluten-free buns! They haven’t mentioned if this includes their hot dog buns, but baby steps, right?
You can now score some gluten-free burger buns at all Shake Shack locations, aside from their locations inside of ballparks and stadiums, according to their Instagram.
This may not mean anything for those of us who go gluten-free in attempts to be healthier, but it’s lit for those of us who actually have a gluten intolerance. Now you can join your pals and indulge in a delicious burger, cheesy fries, and a seasonal milkshake without feeling sick af afterwards.
Bless up.
