Highlighting Has Now Moved To Body Parts
Strobing is a hot topic in the world of beauty.
It’s a fun word for “highlighting,” and is even said to have replaced “contouring” by Kim Kardashian West.
The beauty technique is super low maintenance and easy to do… especially given the many highlighting products on the market. But while we’ve all gotten the hang of strobing our glorious cheekbones, the trend has now moved to body parts.
Shoulder strobing is where it’s at — where you extend your highlight from your face to the tops of your shoulders (obvs).
To get the look, just take your favorite highlighter and apply it down the centers of your shoulders. Cream works better on the body – we like RMS Beauty Living Luminizer, but powders will do just fine. And if you’re going to use one, we recommend the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder.
