Paris Hilton is becoming the queen of ski chic
When Paris Hilton said yas to Chris Zylka’s proposal of marriage on Jan. 2, she wasn’t rocking one of the Gucci gowns or head-to-toe sequin numbers we’ve come to expect.
Instead, she was in some star-spangled ski gear.
If you haven’t been following Paris’s social feeds lately, you might have found this surprising. Normally, she’s the queen of luxe club-wear. But take a look at her recent posts and you’ll see Paris has been subtly rebranding herself as a queen of snow clothing.
No other celebrity has dedicated themselves so fully to looking chic on the slopes in recent memory.
Thank goddess she is, because looking cute in ski gear is freaking HARD, yo. I traversed Manhattan in search of ski gear just last night, and it took me three hours to find something that wasn’t hideous. Paris, if you’re listening, please design your own line soon so we can copy your style.
And this is a bold statement, but I’m confident enough to make it: not since Princess Diana has there been such an iconic blonde snow queen ruling the mountains of Aspen, Lech and beyond (just look at her freakin snow lewks!).
