M-Squared, Nohemy, Fito Blanko Channel Summertime Vibes on New Video “GANAS”
Renowned producer and DJ M-Squared (also known as Michael McPherson) has been making waves on the global club circuit for some time now. From headlining DJ sets around the world, touring with Kelly Rowland and Disney-star Baby Ariel, to being crowned America’s #1 DJ by Red Bull Music – one thing is for sure, M-Squared is giving Pitbull a run for his money for the title of Mr. Worldwide. If you haven’t been lucky enough to catch one of his electrifying live sets, you also might have seen him on Viacom’s Hit TV series “Master Of The Mix”. With a passion for exploring different genres and sounds on his mixes, M-Squared transfers that same enthusiasm to his listeners like an electric current.

Recently, M-Squared teamed up with Puerto Rican rapper Nohmey and Latin Billboard chart-topping artist Fito Blanko for their sultry new single “GANAS”. High energy from beginning to end, Nohemy and Fito Blanko’s verses flow seamlessly over M-Squared’s fusion of reggaeton, trap, and pop for a summertime smash that’s ripe for dancefloors. For the non-Spanish speakers, “ganas” means desire, but you don’t have to speak the language to know this track is oozing it. In the music video, which was directed by AJ the Visionary, we find M-Squared, Nohemy, and Fito dancing in time to the beat against a backdrop of the stunning Miami skyline. After getting a glimpse of the tropical-themed clip, you’ll be reminded instantly why they call Miami The Magic City.
Although the Brooklyn-born and Orlando-raised DJ counts names like Tommy Hilfiger, Louis Vuitton, NBC, and The Grammys as clients, he’s very much passionate about getting involved with his local communities. Whether it’s giving inspiring talks to youth at the Boys and Girls Club or surprising students at his Alma Mater’s career day with a performance, M-Squared is keeping his roots close to his heart, and in 2021, we’re here for that kind of realness.
