There’s Probably a ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Movie In The Works
Just when you thought there was one screen the Kardashians could never infiltrate, a rumor breaks out that a Keeping Up With the Kardashians movie is in the works.
“A top Hollywood studio executive told me today that this major studio intends to make a huge offer to the Kardashian family to star in a feature-length movie,” said Ian Halperin, a.k.a. the author behind the unauthorized Kardashian biography we’re all obsessed with, in a statement made to the Daily Mail.
Now, while half the gossip about the Kardashians is bull shit, whenever it comes to Kris and co. pocketing a large sum of money, it’s probably safe to bet the rumor is possible.
Plus, what movie studio wouldn’t want to make a movie about/starring the Kardashians? Do you know how much money that would make them? Because it’s probably a lot.
“The studio’s research showed the Kardashians could become the highest TV-show-turned-movie ever,” Halperin confidently revealed.
The KUWTK movie would obviously star all Kris’s daughters, and probably feature a full storyline in both NY and LA, and wherever exotic locations the family decides to go on vacation that month.
The family is “very interested about graduating to the big screen,” according to friends on the inside, and it’s rumored the film will even include all-star cameos from George Clooney, Jimmy Fallon and Charlize Theron.
Somehow, only one of those cameos makes sense and the other two are very “WTF, who are your sources, guys?”
But then again, maybe George and Amal secretly stay up all night arguing over whether Kendall and Kylie are secretly sad about being famous, and whether or not it’s a good idea for Kris to change her last name to Kardashian.
Weirder things have happened in Hollywood.
