Recently, FKJ hit a bit of a personal roadblock. Dealing with the chaotic, spiritual growing pains of his early thirties, relatable, right?, FKJ went on a journey of self-discovery, stepping away from the burnout of world tours to heal and find his center. Now, he’s back and entering his most transcendent era yet. Which brings us to his brand-new single, “Changes Rising.”
The track is an electric fusion of neo-soul, jazz, funk, and R&B. The production is filled with guitar melodies, synths, and FKJ’s signature hazy vocals that literally float right through your speakers. It’s a psychedelic tune about introspection, renewal, and the comforting reminder that every dark phase eventually passes.
“Changes Rising” is giving us the absolute perfect taste of what’s to come on his highly anticipated third studio album, “Tyber,” dropping September 11. The record is actually named after a mystical tree-like figure he encountered during a transformative spiritual retreat, and it serves as a beautiful audio diary of his journey from the shadows back into the light. “Tyber” will be packed with the same vibes, so don’t miss out!
FKJ is launching an extensive headline tour to bring “Tyber” to the masses. He’s hitting Europe later this year in October and then heading over to the US and Canada in the spring and summer of 2027.
