Chloé Caroline and Jordan Anthony create magic with “Existing”
The piano leads with a delicate touch, then gradually steps back to become a quiet witness to two voices blending in perfect harmony, leaving behind traces of drama, tenderness, hope, and a warmth that’s hard to put into words. This is “Existing,” the new single that brings together Los Angeles–based singer-songwriter Chloé Caroline and Australian pop artist Jordan Anthony in an unexpected yet comforting duet.

The track opens with Chloé’s soft, almost whisper-like vocals, showcasing her ability to move effortlessly through higher notes that play alongside the song’s calm yet emotionally urgent melody. Its lyrics avoid conflict altogether, settling instead into the deep simplicity of a beautifully written poem.
As the song unfolds, Jordan enters the picture, standing out with equally refined tones and a clear command of the pop ballad style, evident in every note he delivers. Still, the true magic reaches its peak when their voices come together, fully immersing themselves in the song’s atmosphere, one that moves straight through the listener’s chest like a warm, expanding wave that settles in without asking for permission.
“Existing” ends the same way it begins, wrapped in gentle softness and an inherent tenderness rarely achieved in duets of this kind, where two strong voices manage to coexist without competing for space.
The song carries a warm atmosphere built around the strange wonder of meeting someone who transforms you. Chloé Caroline explains it clearly when speaking about the origin of the track, saying they wanted to capture “that surreal feeling of realizing you exist at the same time as someone who changes your life.”
Jordan Anthony shares that emotional perspective, though he expands it into something broader. For him, the song doesn’t belong exclusively to romance but rather to the connections that sustain us.
Produced by Mikeldi Murguia in Los Angeles, the track stays true to the essence of its original piano demo while building a cinematic texture that allows both voices to fully unfold. Along the way, Vito Gutilla’s violin adds an organic layer that enhances the song’s emotional progression.
The story behind the duet also carries a sense of unlikely fate. Chloé Caroline met Jordan Anthony during a music industry conference in California back in 2022. The connection was immediate.
Soon after, that artistic chemistry found its definitive shape during a remote writing session. Chloé was in Los Angeles, Jordan in Australia, when Chloé brought in a line her partner spontaneously said, “I love living in a world where you’re existing,” and the song grew from there.
Since then, the single has carved out its own path. Both artists performed it live for the first time at the iconic Hotel Café in Los Angeles, where the audience’s reaction was strong enough to catch the attention of key figures in the industry.
The release also marks a turning point for both artists. For Chloé Caroline, it opens a new chapter leading toward her upcoming album “Awakened.” For Jordan Anthony, it closes a solo chapter before he shifts into EP mode, with a debut project that documents his journey building a music career in the United States.
“Existing” leaves behind a strange sense of emptiness, a desire to hear just a little more from both artists, carrying a magnetic pull that emerges when two talents come together to create something beautiful, only for the unpredictability of the moment to transform it into something truly remarkable.
