I’m still unclear as to why, but yesterday Britney Spears uploaded a video of herself “cutting loose” on Instagram.

In the short video, Brit Brits flashes her stringy white underwear multiple times, whips her hair back and forth and gyrates up and down in a way that’s both mesmerizing and deeply confusing.

Who is the video for?

What was the rationale for showing us her panties?

Is she losing her mind?

Is she a low-key Instagram genius?

And most importantly, why can I not stop watching it?
