But today, Kim took her son out to his grandmother’s birthday party in San Diego, and the whole world watched. The 7-month-old, who is rarely seen on social media — he’s only been seen on Kim’s Snapchat 3 times so far — was captured smiling and giggling in his stroller on Kim’s Snapchat today.
