What do you think about the Gluten Free fad?

There are people with a real gluten allergy, but I’m not one of those people.

What’s the best piece of health advice you’ve ever been given?

Drink liters of water every day — it’s a fantastic way to feel great. Nearly everyone is dehydrated, and they don’t even know it!

What advice do you have for girls who are struggling to change their diet and exercise routines?

You can’t achieve the body you dream of overnight. It takes consistency and a lot of hard work, but in the end it will all be worth it!

What do you do when you go to the beach with your friends and they refuse to go in the water?

Push them in and laugh about it.

How can you eat healthy on a budget?

Grocery shopping and preparing meals yourself is the best way to save money.

What’s one thing you miss eating, but had to sacrifice to get healthy?

Burgers and pizza.

Love them, it’s all about using them the right way.

What are some of your favorite workouts you do to maintain your super-toned body?

Squats. Lunges. Donkey kicks.

What beauty rituals do you do to keep yourself feeling healthy?

I exercise, eat healthy, and drink lots of water!
