Although TBH, the best guest of all award probably has to go Blue Ivy, who stayed up way too late to present her mother with a cake and say the words, “Happy birthday, mommy!” into a microphone. Obviously the entire crowd was gagging on the cuteness, and luckily for all of us losers who weren’t invited, Usher captured the moment on his Snapchat.
Insiders told E! that the party ended at 4:30 a.m., and that the “police showed up around 1 a.m. due to noise complaints,” which is a sign that it was a damn good party.
