Ottolinger’s SS27 Collection Is Basically Moisturizer for Your Wardrobe
For Spring/Summer 2027, Ottolinger is asking a simple question: What do our clothes actually do for the person wearing them? Creative directors Christa Bösch and Cosima Gadient found their answer in Moisturizer, a collection centered on confidence, sensuality and the feeling of being comfortable in your own skin. Inspired by those few intimate minutes spent getting ready in the morning, the collection approaches getting dressed almost like an act of self-care—something meant to leave you feeling a little more beautiful than before.

The collection brings Ottolinger’s signature deconstruction into softer territory, balancing attitude with ease as suits, deconstructed denim and jogging pants meet lurex bikinis, tulle and body-skimming dresses. New silk-viscose jersey is draped close to the body “like cream on skin,” while twists, unexpected lines and padded details highlight rather than overpower the wearer. Moving effortlessly from the studio to the beach and morning routines to very long nights, Moisturizer proves that comfort and looking hot don’t have to be opposites.
