Yesterday, Normani dropped a mashup cover of “Fake Love” by Drake and “Sneakin'” by Drake and 21 Savage, and it goes tf off! Almost harder than the original, and her version is a much sexier R&B slow jam.
I really could see, in the near future, Normani releasing an album that has this sound and feel. It’s so starkly different from Fifth Harmony, and it makes me excited to see where this new direction might take her.
She’s not the first member of of Fifth Harmony to venture out onto solo work though. Both Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui released solo projects earlier this year.
But don’t let the solo projects fool you though, Fifth Harmony isn’t slowing down anytime soon. They announced earlier this week a third album is already in the works, and we can’t wait.
