What do you love most about your career and what do you dislike?

I love everything about my career, there’s honestly nothing I could dislike because I believe everything happens for a reason and that nothing bad is ever happening to me, it’s happening for me, so with that perspective on life everything is a blessing, the good and the bad, I appreciate it all.

Why do you think you became so popular online?

I’ve been in the entertainment industry since I was a kid. I’ve been chasing my dreams before Instagram. I think my beauty, of course, and being consistent in my craft is what brought on my audiences.

What are your favorite hair and skin care products?

I haven’t put heat to my hair in almost a year, my hair is naturally curly. To enhance my curls and keep them moisturized, I love to use Shea Moisture products. As for my skin, I don’t have a skin care regimen. I just use dove soap to cleanse my face and body.

What is your dream photoshoot and why?

My dream photoshoot is to be the face of CoverGirl because I love everything that CoverGirl represents. I remember being a kid and admiring every girl that blessed the cover and I remember telling myself as a child that it would be me one day. I’m a women of my word so I feel like I have to do it for my younger self.

Who do you respect or admire in your industry?

Everyone. I feel like everyone has a story and everyone has worked hard to get where they are. I respect anyone chasing a dream, because it isn’t easy. Filling out applications to work a regular job is easy, but chasing a dream no one can see but you takes a lot of courage, hard work, and consistency, so I salute everyone.

What made you start a YouTube Channel and what type of content is on your channel?

My love for acting made me start a YouTube channel. I don’t believe in sitting around waiting for an opportunity or hand out. I believe those who work hard for what they want will be rewarded. Starting a YouTube channel generated from me not wanting to sit around and wait for something to happen with my career. I knew with my talents I could create cool content and showcase it on YouTube. I knew the right people would notice and opportunities would start knocking on my door and thats exactly what’s happening.

Where would you like to take your brand in the future?

I believe in growth. I’ll continue to work hard and be consistent in my craft and I’ll continue to grow in all aspects of my life.

What do you want your supporters to take from this interview?

Be thankful for closed doors, detours, and road blocks, for they are a part of the process. It’s going to be a bumpy road to success, but I encourage you to never give up on anything you can’t go a day without thinking about. Fall in love with the process. It’s not meant for you to get through without trial and error, but if you stay consistent in your craft you’ll be successful without a doubt.
