OMG Lauren Conrad Has A New MTV Reality Show
For the past six long years, reality TV has been Lauren Conrad free.
It’s been a trying time for all of us, one that not even eight-hour marathons of Lauren’s prior reality shows, Laguna Beach, The Hills, and The City, could heal.
But now, just when we were beginning to lose hope that Lauren “LC” Conrad would ever return to her roots, the universe offers up a sign that a new Lauren Conrad MTV reality show is just around the corner.
And by “a sign” we mean Lauren posted something about it on Instagram, and then MTV immediately started a countdown to what we can only assume is a show announcement.
Fourteen hours ago, Lauren posted a picture of herself pretending to make adjustments on a wedding dress, tagged Paper Crown, Lauren’s semi-basic and semi-over-priced fashion line, while giving major side eye to a camera man, tagged MTV.
The picture’s caption?
“Never thought I’d see the day…”
Almost immediately, MTV posted an article about the “wonderfully mysterious image,” acting clueless about what it could mean, but also telling fans to check Lauren’s Twitter account on Tuesday, May 31 at 11 a.m. EST.
Obviously they know more than they’re letting on, and we’d bet all the money that this is their way of telling us that in six days reality TV is going to be a lot less Lauren Conrad-free.
In the words of MTV, “6 DAYS, FOLKS!”
