French Cops Actually Had to Google Who Kim Kardashian Was
While you’d be hard-pressed to find ANY American citizen who hasn’t at least heard of the name Kim Kardashian, and pro-tip, if the citizen who claims they haven’t is a guy under the age of 30 who likes to brag about his vinyl collection, he’s a bold-faced liar, overseas, Kim just isn’t as big of a deal.
In his first interview with the foreign media, French police chief Christian Sainte revealed that when he first got the call at 3 a.m. in the morning saying Kim Kardashian had been robbed, his first thought was, da fuq?
“I asked my number two, ‘Who is this victim?’” the police chief told Vanity Fair, but believe it or not, his #2 (lol) didn’t know either.
So, the police chief did what any person with a brain would do when faced with a question they didn’t know. He Googled it. “And I quickly understood who she is,” he explained, adding, “she has a lot of likes on Facebook.”
Why yes, yes she does, sir.
And they say Americans are the uninformed ones.
