David Beckham’s New GQ Interview Proves He’s the Ultimate Trophy Husband
David Beckham may have just covered GQ for the first time, but his interview for the magazine shows that long-time wife, Victoria Beckham, is the one with something to celebrate.
The full profile will be released online tomorrow, but snippets of the conversation give insight to the very domesticated, supportive sides of the 40-year-old soccer legend.
“After a few years of retirement, Becks is still a busy man—struggling, even, to balance his work and home life alongside that of his fashion-exec wife,” Michael Paterniti writes.
“‘I get physically ill when I have to leave the kids now,’ he says. When he’s not out and about, he says, you can find him watching Frozen with his daughter, Harper, for the hundredth time or bingeing on Friends reruns.”
