Daniel is an all American model and actor, as well as our new crush.
The 21 year old is notorious for his pouty lips and big green eyes captivating his followers hearts on instagram. you may have seen him posting pix with his supermodel sister Meredith Mickelson. The southern boy who is a Georgia native is now calling LA home, and embarking on his new career as a model and actor in Los Angeles with Storm Models. And we have a feeling he’ll go far. What did you learn from playing football?
Football along with other sports taught me countless lessons, one of the best being the art of competition; competition with others, and yourself. Football teaches both. When you face an opponent, you have to study film (research) and think critically about how to beat them (game theory), come up with a game plan (planning), and make that plan come to life (execution). And Individually, you have to improve your body to become a better player. If you don’t learn to compete with yourself and improve everyday, you’ll be the weakest link in the chain. That in itself is pressure enough to improve.
What occupation would you have if you were not modeling?
If I wasn’t pursing a career in acting and modeling I would be in College getting parking tickets going after a degree in business
Favorite color: favorite color use to be only orange, but Im starting to become a big blue and red guy, so we’ll what happens
Favorite Food: I stick to a pretty clean diet, but nothing beats The honey truffle chicken from Craigs. You have to sub the hot cake for mashed potatoes though
What is your idea of a perfect date night?
My idea for a perfect date is an intimate romantic dinner for sure in Paris eating truffle pasta & some wine with the view of the Eiffel Tower. Something cool & out of a movie.
5 things you cant live without:
Five things I can’t live without are truffle pasta, movies, my family, friends and my lungs

What are you most excited about starting your career as a model and actor in LA?
The main things Im excited about the journey is getting the opportunity to experience many on different cultures, go to different countries and mainly meet people around the world.
Who is your dream girl?
My dream girl is Angelina Jolie. She is the total package to me, not only beautiful but a badass hard working women. I look up to the amount of work she put into her craft because she has allowed her substance to overshadow her look. She also is involved with some really great causes.
What made you want to move to LA over NYC?
Moving to LA was an easy decision because Im closer to my family and it’s an great opportunity to move forward with my acting.
Who’s in your squad?
I keep a tight circle of people I trust but I have so so many different great people around me who all are going down different paths but offer the same thing, inspiration and a positive outlook on life.
Has your sister Meredith given you any advice on modeling?
-my (little) sister is the shit. On the modeling side, she has given me great advice about industry and it’s comforting to know I have somebody to go right away when I have a question and want a real answer. It’s also helped being around and living with her so I have really had a first hand experience to what it takes but also the ups and downs that come with it
What is next for Daniel this year?
There are a lot of exciting things happening for me this year, on the acting side of things I have a couple films coming soon and On the modeling side of things I just signed with a new agency “ Storm”. In LA and London and I couldn’t be more happy with the team behind me. Im eager to see what the rest of 2019 has in store for me on both sides of my career, All in all I am so grateful to just be out here chasing my dreams and having great energy with cool ass people.
