You Can Now Buy Rihanna’s Mansion… If You’re Rich
Rihanna’s Pacific Palisades mansion is on the market.
Over the past two years, the singer has been renting out her massive L.A. mansion in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood for almost $100,000 a month. However, it’s back on the market and listed by Rodeo Reality for a cool $14.59 million, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The 11,000-square-foot home located at 932 Rivas Canyon Road has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a master suite with a double-sided fire feature, a rooftop deck that looks out over a 6,000-square-foot garden and a pool with water jets.
Rihanna originally moved in to the house in 2012, and was reportedly renting the property as she considered a purchase. She lived in the mansion for two years, but moved out in 2014 following a series of trespassing that included break-ins, burglary, and stalking.
The price on the house has been reduced by $400,000 from the $15 million the property was listed for two years ago. Seems like she’s just ready to move on… without the stalkers and all.
