ATIANA DE LA HOYA, HERE TO STEAL YOUR HEART
Atiana de la Hoya is a young and ambitious multidisciplinary artist and seizing opportunities that come her way. Apart from being signed to LA Models, she is pursuing acting and has a strong interest in art. She is currently figuring it out as it all comes about- which speaks to her being from the Gen-Z generation. Her vivacious personality, her carefully curated shoots and her thought provoking art works speak to today’s climate in “Youth” culture. We got to sit with Atiana and interview her on her passions.
What’s been your highlights from modeling this year and where do you see yourself in the future?
I’ve had the best time, and have had such incredible opportunities, my heart is in art and film so I know my future will lay there
Growing up in the limelight of LA , what has your dad Oscar De la Hoya taught you about life , and how has that been different from what your step father Travis has taught you
I truly think they both are the best at what they do, and aside from everything they’ve taught me about life, seeing the work they put in everyday to be where they are is the goal.
Have you always had a passion for fashion
Growing up as a kid in the early 00s I think it’s impossible not to!!
Tell us more about @artbyatiana and where the idea for creating these custom bags came from, who would be your ideal
Art by Ati came about completely unintentionally! I was working at a store in LA and would doodle these characters on the sticky notes when I was bored. I started an art page to post more and then realized I could branch out and paint on anything! The first bag was a Christmas present and it just took off from there!
Your mom was Miss USA. Would you ever enter the pageant world ?
I absolutely loved watching all the amazing women compete but I don’t think it’s for me
What’s your beauty vibe in three words
Comfortable, sleek, timeless
What is your daily skin regimen?
Daytime SUNSCREEN!! Always and at night Cleanse, glycolic + salicylic acid pads, silver and hyaluronic acid
What is one beauty product you don’t leave home without?
Oddly hair gel, I actually do not leave without it and keep a small container of it in my purse
What fragrance do you love right now?
Versace Pink Crystal
What beauty advice would you give your 15 year old self?
That power of food! Healing yourself from inside out. I constantly ate horrible food and never understood why I didn’t feel good, my skin would flare up or my mood would change.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Independence makes me happy, I hope in 5 years I don’t have to rely on anyone but myself and can be proud of what I’ve accomplished.
