It’s with a heavy heart that we inform you, as of a few hours ago, Drake’s beard has left this world.
AKA Drake shaved his face, and it looks weird.
In a now-deleted Instagram post from earlier this morning, Drake posted a picture of his naked baby face captioned, “Beard making an epic comeback in 2 weeks …. only for you @nbcsnl”
Obviously the picture was in black and white because Drake is in mourning, and he knew the rest of the world would be too.
Also because Drake knows he looks weird with a baby face.
Just in case you’ve forgotten, this is what Drake looked like before he started experimenting with facial hair on a more or less constant basis in 2011.
Granted Drake was an actual baby when this picture was taken, but still, his Saturday Night Live performance this weekend better be worth it.
