9 Olympian Baddies You Should Follow On Insta Right Now

The 2016 Rio Olympics Opening Ceremony is today, and while we’ve been hearing nothing but bad news about it, we still should be excited for the American athletes going. After all, they’re super humans who have worked their entire lives for this.

And we should be especially pumped for our female athletes going. They’re strong, tough, and fucking bad as hell.

Here are some of our fave Olympians who deserve some love on Insta.

1. Colleen Quigley

Colleen Quigley could run circles around you. Literally. She just graduated from college, and signed with the prestigious Bowerman Track Club which has produced legendary runners like Shalane Flanagan. This year is her first year qualifying for the Olympics in the 3000 meter Steeplechase.

2. Kassidy Cook

Still a junior in college at Stanford, Kassidy Cook is a diver who qualified for the 2012 Olympics but was unable to compete because she injured her shoulder. But she qualified again this year for the Rio Olympics, and has several gold national titles. Also, fun fact, her family did the same thing as the Kardashians and her siblings names all start with K’s including her two sisters, Kendall and Kylie.

3. Natasha Hastings

This is Natasha Hastings‘ second time at the Olympics, and this year she just qualifies for the 400 meter sprint and 4×400 meter relay. Her team won at the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics in the 4×400 m relay, meaning she got a medal even though she didn’t run the actual event. But this year she is back and badder than ever.

Determined and focused. Calm and cool. #onamission @missionathlete Check out MISSION.com to get your cooling gear this summer!

I mean if you already aren’t following her, here’s your chance. Aside from her past fling with Drake, you should know Serena Williams as being the world’s greatest tennis player. She has 22 grand slam titles, won two gold medals at the 2012 London Olympics, and one gold medal at 2008 Beijing and 2000 Sydney. And she’s hot as hell so double whammy.
