5 Healthy Items Kim Kardashian Always Has In Her Fridge
I know I’m not the only celeb obsessed human who wonders about the parts of their lives we don’t get to see. For example: what is their skincare routine, how does their hair look so perfect all the fucking time, and what do they keep in their fridge?
Well, Kim Kardashian posted on her app a few of her fridge essentials, and honestly they aren’t as shocking as I thought they’d be.
Kim says on the app, “When it comes to what’s in my fridge, I always try and keep it fresh, simple and clean (everything is always lined up perfectly, LOL!).”
Kim’s diet since giving birth to Saint allegedly consists of 1,800 calories a day, in which she mainly focuses on eating of protein, healthy fats and zero sugar, which is also known to moms everywhere as the Atkins diet.
Here are some of the items Kimmy has in her fridge:
1. Diet Peach Snapple
I get why she keeps this in her fridge because for one, this shit is delicious. Plus, it’s good (I guess?) for when you’re on a diet because there’s no real sugar in the tea. It might be the artificial aspartame that’s kind of bad for you, but as far as weight loss goes, it’s perf.
2. Sliced Turkey Breast
An essential of any Atkin’s diet is high protein, and there’s nothing higher in protein than straight meat. Sliced turkey is easy and portable. Super smart move on Kim’s part.
3. Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Omg, I really hope she eats it by the string, because if she is one of those people who bites into the cheese stick without stringing it, Kim and I might have some issues.
4. Charcoal Lemonade
A few of us at Galore have tried this, and personally it made me feel really weird. Like my stomach freaked out for a few hours after drinking it, and even a few of our other writers noted similar symptoms. But the taste of this lemonade is really good, and it has no calories.
5. Fermented Dairy Probiotic
Before my vegan days, I used to drink this before bed and let me tell you, it really helps with keeping your system regulated. Something like Kefir, which is a yogurt like drink, has a shit ton of benefits outside of digestion, like supporting a healthy immune system and helping with allergies.
