FEATURE INTERVIEW:
Your journey started in Venezuela and moved to Sweden. How have these experiences shaped your artistry?
Growing up in Venezuela surrounded by music and culture laid my foundation, but moving to Sweden introduced me to a whole new sound. Now, I embrace a mix of pop and Latin influences in my music.
What’s your favorite dish from Venezuela and Sweden?
Venezuelan arepas and empanadas are classic! As for Swedish food, I appreciate the cozy Christmas meals, though I think Latin American food thrives on vibrant flavors and connections.
Your latest EP, Every Night Fantasy, mixes 80s grooves with modern pop. What inspired this direction?
It reflects my emotional journey post-breakup. The songs range from nostalgia to empowerment, capturing all those feelings of freedom and anger.

You found significant recognition as Simon in Young Royals. How has acting influenced your music?
Acting built my confidence! It helped me embrace who I am, which translates into my music and performance style.
Speaking of confidence, you mentioned doing makeup secretly while acting. Can you share some fun details about that?
Oh my gosh, there were times I felt so insecure about my look on set! I would sneak into the bathroom and do my own makeup—just a little concealer here and there. It became a bit of a ritual before facing the camera! It’s funny, the crew never noticed, but it made me feel way more comfortable.
What are your top secrets for achieving a flawless look?
Less is more! Use makeup sparingly to highlight specific areas for that fresh, natural glow. A little concealer can go a long way, especially when it’s just enough to boost your confidence.

Any must-have beauty products you can’t live without?
Lip balm is crucial! I can’t stand dry lips. I also love a good eyebrow gel to keep things neat. And I’m a fan of The Ordinary’s products for that perfect skin prep—it’s all about feeling good in your skin.
Transitioning from a boy band to a solo career is a big step. What challenges did you face?
It was a bit of a crisis! I had to discover my individual identity and overcome the pressure of it being just me.
Fashion plays a big role in your image. How would you describe your style?
My style varies with my mood—from streetwear to glam! I draw inspiration from both cultures and artists like Rihanna, Prince, and Justin Bieber.

If you could collaborate with any fashion brand, who would it be?
I’ve been working with YSL, and I’d love to continue that! I also admire brands like Loewe and Acne Studios.
Looking back, if you could change anything about your journey, would you?
I might change little things, but ultimately, my experiences shaped who I am.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Have fun! If you’re not enjoying what you do, it doesn’t feel like work.
What message would you like to leave for your fans?
A huge thank you for supporting me! You’re stuck with me for life, and I’m grateful for every moment.
