FEATURE INTERVIEW:
What is your beauty philosophy?
My beauty philosophy is it has to be authentic for it to be cool. If you are not confident or you’re trying to fake the funk, it’s not gonna come out as great as something you would naturally gravitate towards. That’s why following trends is kinda tricky, you might catch yourself doing something completely unauthentic.
How is your creativity disrupting the social media landscape?
The social media landscape nowadays seems so toxic and fake. Bringing my raw, creative and odd art to it feels like corrupting it and making it a bit more real, like the actual world. There’s no need to portray something completely far fetch— I think there’s great beauty in our everyday lives, even in what we would consider ugly.

What is one thing you love about Argentinian youth culture?
I believe our youth from Argentina is wildly strong. We’ve grown up in such different political and social contexts that we’ve gained great capability of adaptation, which I think is one of the greatest powers to have. We are also very diverse and creative, we will always defend ourselves with our passions and values. If you can adapt to very bad contexts and still manage to be happy, make your art and appreciate what you have, you can really do anything.
Who are your SHEROES?
My sheroes are obviously my mom, she’s my queen. I admire all my besties, my aunts, my cousins. Also Carrie Bradshaw, Ru Paul, Vivienne Westwood and Evita Perón.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
OMG, what was I even up to at 16? If I had to give my 16-year-old some advice I’d put myself into a lot of music and new artists, to enjoy them from even earlier. Also, I’d be like you should become a famous Tiktoker or something like that, so you can go to the Met Gala in a few years LMAO!
What trends are you over at the moment and what trends do you currently love?
Anytime I’d swear I’d never wear something again it somehow finds its way back into my world — and months or years later, I’m usually obsessed with it again. I mean trends go by too fast nowadays, sometimes I need to get back to some of them and show them some more love. Any answer I’d give now I know I’ll probably contradict in the future honestly!

What’s one beauty product you swear by right now?
I swear by sunscreen, it’s like one of the only two products in my skincare routine. That and perfume- specially Ariana Grande‘s.
Leave us with a little inspiration.
I hope to have inspired some creative minds out there, that’s truly one of the only things an artist can wish for. To keep the art wheel spinning and to add your grain of salt to the culture.
