1. Vegan Cannabis Brownies
Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats (or hemp seeds)
3/4 cup walnuts
1 cup dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 heaping tablespoons of cacao powder
Pinch of salt (optional)
3-4 tablespoons coconut oil infused with herbs of your choosing (recipe below)
Directions
To make the brownies: pulse the oats and walnuts in your food processor until they become a powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it all sticks together.
Press into a lined baking dish and put in the fridge to set for a few hours.
Optional: 1/2 cup raisins and a sliced banana to top
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups water and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to boiling. Stir in the quick-cooking oats. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Remove oatmeal from heat and add all other ingredients and stir.
Ingredients:
1 cup hemp milk
1 cup bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
2/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cup raspberries, frozen
1/3 cup grapes, frozen
1 tbsp cannabis-infused coconut oil
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 tsp maca powder or hemp protein (optional)
Peel your bananas and cut into ice cube sized pieces. Put bananas, raspberries, and grapes in freezer bag or storage containers and freeze overnight.
Combine everything in a high speed blender until smooth.
4 avocados, peeled skin and pits removed, one pit reserved
1 cucumber, peeled skin and seeds removed, diced
½ cup chopped green onions, white and green parts
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup THC oil
1 jalapeno pepper
½ cup firmly packed cilantro, chopped
Juice from 2 limes
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender (or food processor). Blend until the mixture is nice and smooth. Add the blended guac to a serving bowl.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container. Best used within 1 day.
