WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND BUILDING THE BRAND ENHANSE?
I have dreamed about launching a men’s brand since high school. I wanted to make a skincare brand that could take guys on a journey and educate them on how to do quick things that will make them look better. I feel like guys want to use skincare and cosmetics, but haven’t been given the right product, or talked to in the right way. I’m not trying to push my views on people, our brand is trying to help normalize men’s using product that has traditionally only existed for girls. I feel like we have really created a purpose-driven brand.
WHAT PRODUCTS FROM THE FIRST ROUND OF THIS COLLECTION ARE MUST TO TRY?
Mattifying Milk, Super Clean and Enhansed Eyes +. Super Clean is our number one seller. It is multi-purpose, and everyone can benefit from it. Mattifying Milk is so unique, and we really created a new category with this. And every guy wants and needs a good eye product. This one is the only one I will use.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE THAT ARE TRUE FORM OF SKIN TRANSFORMATION?
REJUVENAD: Naturally boosts your own NAD+ for skin longevity. I am a big fan and user of NAD+ and I knew before we started formulating that I wanted this in the line, whenever we could possibly add it. This complex targets the 5 hallmarks of aging and promotes DNA repair.
EYELISS: This ingredient complex is exclusively in our Enhansed Eyes + and it instantly depuffs and fights heavy looking eyes. It works by combining three active molecules to prevent under eye bags, increase lymphatic circulation and instantly firms the eye area. The results are immediate and very impressive!
HYPOCHLOROUS ACID: HOCl naturally occurs in the body. It’s created by white blood cells as a defense mechanism against infection and bacteria. This super molecule is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial and has been proven to calm and soothe skin.
NIACINAMIDE: A form of Vitamin B3 that brightens skin, preventing signs of aging and reduces the impact of environmental damage. It has also been known to help with oil production/regulation and acne.

Mattifying Milk is truly a first-of-kind product. I have always struggled with oily skin and was forever using powder and rice papers. I could not find anything that reduces oil and shine that wasn’t a makeup setting spray, so I made one! When formulating, I wanted to make sure we created a spray that was super easy to use and instantly removed excess oil and shine. At the same time, I wanted to make sure that we didn’t compromise hydration levels. By adding niacinamide, we are also treating the underlying issues that many people with oily skin deal with.
THE SUMMERTIME IS FILLED WITH TRAVELING, WHAT SHOULD EVERY GUY HAVE IN HIS TOTE BAG FROM THIS COLLECTION AND WHY?
Super Clean, hands down. I use this all day, every day and everywhere. It’s perfect for travel, and an absolute must for flying as it kills bacteria. For the summer, it’s the perfect refresher and a nice way to stay fresh and clean even if you’re out all day. Post gym or after a round of golf or tennis, it’s the perfect way to make sure you don’t break out before you have time to shower. It’s a dream at calming redness from a sunburn and makes the best aftershave.
IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME WHICH PRODUCT FROM THIS COLLECTION DO YOU WISH WAS AROUND BEFORE?
Mattifying milk. It didn’t exist and I was always in search for something like this. Most oil absorbing products are hard to use and make the skin look powdery. Mattifying Milk gives a fresh, matte look without looking powdery or cakey.
WHAT ARE THE NEXT EXTENSIONS OF THE BRAND?
We are perfecting a new hydrating face serum that is scheduled to launch in the fall. It’s going to have some new ingredients that we are super excited about. One is like a natural form of Botox! That’s all I can say about that for now! Also, a fun holiday gift idea.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TEENAGERS /ADULTS WHO SUFFER FROM ACNE AND WHICH PRODUCTS ARE PREVENTATIVE?
I think one of the best things you can do to treat acne, regardless of age, is to not overdo it. Keep your skin clean. I love Super Clean for active acne or to prevent acne because it kills the bacteria at the source. I use it immediately when I feel a breakout coming on, or right after I get any shaving bumps and it takes it away. A lot of times people who suffer from acne are oily. A big mistake is to strip the skin of its natural oils because it actually does the opposite and produces more oil. The niacinamide in our Mattifying Milk is preventative, as is the hypochlorous acid in Super Clean.
LEAVE US WITH 5 TIPS FOR GREAT SKIN.
Keep your skin clean. Guys aren’t the best at washing their faces (including me) but it’s important. I keep Super Clean by my bed, and I use it every night instead of washing my face.
Use a good eye cream. Eyes show your age more than anything else.
Having a tan is the best trick to hiding blemishes, making you look fresh and giving the appearance of having a jet set life- even though I’m working nonstop. Our self-tanner looks natural, without killing your skin in the sun.
Incorporate longevity and wellness whenever possible. Of course, we all want a quick fix, but you can accomplish that while taking care of long term too.
