You’ll need:
Eyeliner
Eye Base
& a Q-tip
STEP 1: Coat your eyelid with and eye base.
STEP 2: Starting in the center of the lid, take your pencil and make small strokes.
STEP 3: Bring your pencil all the way around to outline the lid,
STEP 4: Clean up the edges of the lid using your Q-tip.
