Rising New Artist, Leo, dishes on his latest single “One Look”
Meet LEO, the rising singer whose Tiktok has garnered over 3 Million likes. We chat exclusively with Leo about his latest single “One Look”, his musical journey, and what’s next for the new artist. Read our full Interview below.

How would you describe your music?
It’s still only the beginning of my music career, but I try to pour my soul into all my songs. Whether the songs are sad or uplifting, I try to make sure the listeners can feel my emotions completely. I wish people could enter my mind when they listen to my music, I want to hold open the door for them, they are my welcome guests.
What is your inspiration behind this single?
The inspiration behind “One Look” was a summer getaway. I imagined myself going somewhere I’ve never been to before, in the summer when the sun sets real late, and finding this magical & mysterious figure who made my summer. Of course, nothing remotely close happened in reality but imagination makes songs come to life!
Who are your musical heroes?
One of my earliest musical inspirations was Blink-182. Their careless charisma and wit made me fall in love with their music. My favorite artists are artists who seem to be in their world. As I grew older, I gained a huge amount of respect for Drake. Not only is his music amazing, but I think he is an amazing showman and businessman. He is an artist who showed me there’s more to this than just the music.
What pop bands have inspired you over the years?
As mentioned earlier, Blink-182 was my favorite band. I grew up listening to a wide range of bands, from Nirvana to Oasis to One Direction.
How was life growing up and what did parents teach
you that still sticks with you today?
Life growing up was a challenge for me. It took two decades for me to catch a grasp of how this world works, and obviously, I’ll keep learning forever. My life until now has been filled with many learning curves and challenges, which ultimately shaped me today. I’m sure I’ll continue to face more and more challenges as life goes on, but what I’ll gain in return is more wisdom and perseverance. My parents always keep in touch and remind me to keep on my feet. I think it helps me stay in touch with reality as I tend to be in my head a lot.
What would you tell your 16-year-old self?
To never give up. Keep going, keep believing in your vision. Only you know the direction your life is heading, you are the only one in control, it’s your life. The dream you have right now, protect it, don’t let anyone get in the way, but keep working hard on it, and work harder than anyone else. I promise your imagination will one day come true. You’ll be on stage singing your songs, exactly how you pictured them.
How is your creativity breaking boundaries?
As far as I’m concerned, there’s no second “LEO” in this world. I’m the only one who can tell my story. That’s the luxury and honor I have as a musician. I’ll make sure to continue thinking outside the box making new ideas come to life, and hopefully inspire a new generation.
What’s next for you?
I’m working on my first album. It can get mentally draining a lot of the time, but I’m sure that the result will be just as satisfying. I cannot wait to show listeners a glimpse of my world. I hope to build a stronger bond with my fans and I hope to play shows in every single country possible.
