You might recognize her from CBS’ adventure show, “Big Brother,” but Tully Smyth is a woman with many talents and interests – blogger, foodie, and social media butterfly! We figured there was nobody better to ask for on-the-go fitness advice than this fearless lady, and we were right. From ideal summer destinations, to wacky foods, to the best workouts to do while you’re traveling the globe, Tully has some necessary tips. See how to get fit and stay bold, below!

1. Where’s your favorite place you’ve ever travelled?

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to some very beautiful places however the Cook Islands would have to be one of my favorites. It’s possibly one of the most picturesque, serene beach destinations around the world and the locals are so warm and friendly, you’ll never want to leave!

2. What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever eaten?

That was one of my biggest fears doing Big Brother – that they’d make me eat something for a challenge. I didn’t actually have to EAT it, but I did have to put an ox’s tongue in my mouth and pass it down the line to another housemate. That was pretty foul.

3. What are some of your favorite restaurants you’ve ever been to?

In Melbourne I love Mr Miyagi, in Sydney Quay restaurant and in NYC you can’t go past a Dudley’s burger!

4. Summer is tricky because you want to stay thin, but eat out! Do you have any tips to watching what you eat while eating at your fav restaurants?

If I have an event during the evening or plans with friends to eat out at a restaurant I try to have a big, filling (but healthy and nutritious) lunch. That way I’m not starving come dinner time and will pick a lighter/smaller option.

5. What’s your go-to travel fitness routine?

The best part about traveling so often is being able to explore and check out new places. So, rather than hit the hotel gym, I try to go for a run outside to check out my new surroundings.

6. Do you have any workout apparel you favor over the rest?

Similar to my everyday style, I tend to mix high-end pieces like Lulu Lemon or The Upside with your Cotton On Body or Kmart shorts or crops.

7. What’s in your gym bag?

Towel, water bottle, headphones, deodorant, spare hair ties, umbrella, spare hoodie… I think that covers it!

8. Any on the go snack/juice recipes?

I’m obsessed with celery! I love celery dipped in hummus or peanut butter if I’m feeling naughty. Juice wise I’ll tend to go for a pineapple/OJ combo or anything with passionfruit and berries.

9. What’s your biggest guilty pleasure?

Coca Cola! It’s my one vice and I blame my parents for never allowing me to have it as a child – it made me crave it as an adult!

10. What’s your morning routine?

Since quitting my 9-5 advertising job for Big Brother, I tend to be up later at night and sleep later in the mornings. I’ll get up, catch an early Pilates class before heading home to grab something to eat and catch up on emails. Maybe a run around the Melbourne Botanical Gardens if the weather is nice but it’s so unpredictable down here!
