Yes, “The Rachel” is about to make a comeback…

If you have even the vaguest sense of what was cool in the 90s and 2000s, and thanks to social media you 10/10 do, then you know one of the hottest hairstyles of the time was “The Rachel.”

Every girl wanted to look just like Jennifer Aniston’s iconic character and honestly, good on them because Rachel Greene was a babe. Although she probs would have been even hotter if she was like 50% less whiny.

And since history always has a way of repeating itself, it looks like “The Rachel” is making a comeback.

In an interview with Refinery29, Jennifer Aniston’s longtime hairstylist, Chris McMillan, and colorist, Michael Canalé, revealed they’re p sure that iconic, fame-framing hairstyle is coming back.

Canalé said:

“Due to some aggressive coloring techniques over these last couple of years, I’ve noticed stylists are now going back to collarbone length styles to cut off damaged ends. [The hair industry is] moving away from more stylized looks, such as a harsh center-parts, and embracing a more natural look like ‘the Rachel.’ It enhances your natural texture, and softens the face.”

And while he’s probably not the most unbiased source to get this hot piece of hair gossip from, I don’t think he’s wrong. Just last week, Bella Hadid wore her hair in a Rachel-like way and looked pretty phenom.
