Stop What You’re Doing Because Rihanna and Drake Just Dropped a New Single

This is not a drill. Rihanna has just released her first single from “ANTI.” It’s called “Work” and it features her ex-boyfriend/human meme Drake.

And if that weren’t enough, you’d better dust off your gold-encrusted headphones because Billboard is reporting that the rest of “ANTI” will be here by Friday.

We’ll give you a moment to take that all in.

Right now, “Work” is available exclusively from Tidal for $1.29, but given the fact that the world has been waiting for this moment for months now, that seems like a bargain. Hopefully, the video — which was probs to def shot earlier this month — will be dropping soon too.

If “Bitch Better Have My Money” was the ultimate turn up jam, then “Work” is the kind of song you listen to when you’re too busy to go to club, but still feel like getting sexy at home.

Featuring a lilting, singsong chorus, “Work” is a song about two lovers who are trying to reconnect, but their busy schedules keep getting in the way — and it’s impossible not to read into every word that comes out of Rihanna and Drake’s mouth.

When she sings, “you know I dealt with you the nicest,” and he answers with, “if you had a twin, I’d still pick you,” it’s almost too much to handle.

😍🙏🏼 @badgalriri

“Work” is the third collaboration for Drake and Rih after “Take Care” and “What’s My Name.” Here’s hoping it’s not the last.
