Khloé Kardashian Sends A Message To Her Brother Rob: “Where Is Your Will To Live Life?”
Despite Lamar Odom’s recent hospitalization, he isn’t the only man Khloé Kardashian is concerned about in her life. In a recent exclusive for People Magazine, she opens up about her worries and frustrations about her younger brother Rob Kardashian. Their father passed away when Rob was just 16 years old and Khloé cites this as a major cause of Rob’s suspected decent into depression, “The loss of my father, he’s never really dealt with — he went straight into college after that happened and kind of pushed everything aside and manifested himself in college and did so well and succeeded in school. Also, losing Lamar in his life was a big thing for him because he lost his next father-slash-brother figure.” Khloé divulges that Rob rarely leaves the house (they live together), and that she has tried to help in anyway possible. Rob has been out of the public eye for around 2 years now, and understandably so, amidst the ton of speculation and ridicule about his weight. “I’ve been really trying. But I have my moments and I do snap. I’ve offered to get a chef, I’m like, ‘What’s your excuse?’ But it’s not just that. I can’t win life for Rob. I have to wait until he’s ready to do it for himself,” says Khloé. Although she may sound harsh, she isn’t without praise, “Rob is such a great guy, He’s charming, charismatic, everything. That’s what’s so infuriating. I’m like, ‘Where is your will to live life? Let’s be around people!’” It’s clear that Khloé is genuinely concerned for and cares deeply for her brother. Everyone needs some tough love occasionally, there’s nothing tougher than going straight to the press.
