– Drink lots of water
– Constant activities: volleyball, swimming, dancing, circuit workouts.
– Eat small meals: stay away from pasta and breads and no eating after 9pm.
– Squats everyday: Toes up, knees out, butt back. Good form is key.
– Laugh a lot: It will work your abs and it’ll make you just a happier, healthier person.
