Hot Showers Feel Good But They’re Low Key Bad For You
Most people like their showers the same way they like their sexual partners – to be ridiculously hot and steamy.
But you know who doesn’t like scorching hot showers?
“Avoid using very hot water because it strips the skin of its natural oils,†the co-director of theWashington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery Dr. Elizabeth Tanzi told Teen Vogue.
But don‘t worry, you won’t have to give yourself the ice bucket challenge every time you want to rinse off.
“Warm water is best for a shower to be comfortable without drying out the skin,” Dr. Tanzi continued.
Don’t you just hate how high maintenance skin is sometimes?
