Gigi and Bella posed nude together and people are weirded out
A mere two covers into British Vogue and chill and things have gotten…weird.
Yesterday, sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid unveiled their dual covers for next month’s British Vogue via Instagram.

The duo have individual covers, as well as a shared one. The shared cover, shown above, shows the sisters embracing one another. Both girls look beautiful and regal, as per usual. However, we (“we” being the entirety of the Internet as well as everyone else ever) couldn’t help but notice that the sisters are both in the nude.
It’s hard for me to pinpoint exactly why this is so strange. The nudity itself is not quite it necessarily, and it isn’t the fact that the sisters are posing together (family first, after all…) but yes, perhaps the combination of the two is a bit… forced.

There’s definitely something artful about the cover, and about using nudity to display a sort of natural, pure type of love between sisters, and we’re not trying to sexualize this. We have the people of the world defending this as well:

But… I don’t know. Some things just don’t quite go together. Alcohol and cell phones, nudity and siblings, pineapple and pizza (don’t fight me on that one).
