As I was scrolling through Instagram, something caught my “eyes” — the metal eyelet trend. Otherwise known as the grommet trend, this is one you’ll be seeing a lot of this spring.
You most likely spotted this trend over the past few years back in 2013 and 2016, but it seems to be on the verge of having a major moment right now.
Designers such as Christopher Kane and Damir Doma have showcased the trend during their Spring 2017 runway shows. You probably even spotted some of your favs sporting the look, including Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid.
The grommet trend can be seen in all forms — tops, jeans, belts, dresses, skirts, chokers, and more.
