Decadent Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe:
4 soft organic avocados
8 Tblsp. cacao powder
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the avocado into a Vitamix.
2. Add the cacao powder, agave nectar, and maple syrup. Blend until the chocolate mousse becomes thick and fluffy. You might need to stop and stir a few times to incorporate all the ingredients properly.
3. Place in the fridge for 2 hours before eating. Store in the fridge.
Makes about 1 quart.
