Don’t Skip Breakfast: Fun Fruit Recipes

Skipping breakfast should not be an option, regardless whether you are running to make your 9:00am class or need to catch that 10:15 train. Being all healthy yogi girl, Im constantly surfing the web (lol, that was so 2005 for me to say) for easy-to-make recipes to try out. Here are some that Ive found and wanted to share!

1. Almond butter and banana open sandwich

2. Strawberry Mango Breakfast Smoothie

If you take a peek at my Instagram, its apparent that I am obsessed with mangoes and smoothies, so this easy blend puts a smile on my face. Try it.

3. Fruit Tacos

Im usually not a fan of raspberries, but this is so good and is visually stimulating as well. Eat it.

6. Roasted Pears with Maple Ricotta

Surprisingly enough, I just got into pears (shoutout to my favorite fruit vendor downtown on the corner of 14th street and 5th ave, who always holds it down when I leave class craving sweetness). This recipe es muy delicioso and Im sure youll all love it. Try it out.
