Don’t Skip Breakfast: Fun Fruit Recipes
Skipping breakfast should not be an option, regardless whether you are running to make your 9:00am class or need to catch that 10:15 train. Being all healthy yogi girl, I’m constantly surfing the web (lol, that was so 2005 for me to say) for easy-to-make recipes to try out. Here are some that I’ve found and wanted to share!
1. Almond butter and banana open sandwich
It’s like a peanut butter sandwich…but with almond butter. So delicious. Get the recipe here.

4. Breakfast Banana Split
Finally: it’s acceptable to eat a banana split for breakfast! You’ve gotta make it.
5. Raspberry Breakfast Bowl
I’m usually not a fan of raspberries, but this is so good and is visually stimulating as well. Eat it.
6. Roasted Pears with Maple Ricotta
Surprisingly enough, I just got into pears (shoutout to my favorite fruit vendor downtown on the corner of 14th street and 5th ave, who always holds it down when I leave class craving sweetness). This recipe es muy delicioso and I’m sure you’ll all love it. Try it out.
