See LAFW The Courtney Allegra Way
On Wednesday night, my newest swimwear collection graced the runway at the Arts Hearts Fashion Show presented by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation during LA Fashion Week. My galaxy-inspired line, Courtney Allegra Swim, was first in the order of go, so I had the pleasure of watching some other amazing designers afterwards! Although all of the collections were spectacular, see the ones that made me swoon below.
Ooh la la! From red, white, and blue tutus, to baggy denim with huge “Paris” sequin appliques, the F/W Tumbler & Tipsy collection made me feel like I was back in Paris. Glamourous models with dramatic eye makeup wore sexy patent leather boots and fun pumps were paired with handmade tutus and baggy shirts.
As if it couldn’t get any better, buff tattooed male models wore nothing but vibrant jeans with sequins and beanies. OOOOLALA.
This Paris sequin blazer was my favorite piece! I loved the eccentric vibes.
Statuesque beauties wore insane metal and leather head or chest harnesses. I especially loved how the dresses and skirts were ornate and muted variations of gray, green, and nude.
Blood-colored lipstick and smoked-out eyes set a dark, but very sexy mood that had me thinking of vampires. The dresses had classic silhouettes with high necklines and just the right amount of flare.
My favorite piece was this white lacey gown. The vintage vibed were very on point!
