The newest celebrity trend is to hire an assistant who’s close to your age, dresses like you and has a grade-A Insta feed. As you might imagine, it doesn’t take long before these assistants are upgraded from just employees to their employer’s best friend.
And honestly, this progression makes sense. When you spend so much time with somebody you hired at least in part because the two of you get along, these kinds of friendships are destined to form.
Best part: they won’t complain when you make them take your plandids and pick up the snacks for movie night. It’s their actual job.
