Caitlyn Jenner Says She’s Done with Women

Or at least she’s done dating women.

It’s been a hot second since we last checked in with Caitlyn Jenner, and according to the trailer for season 2 of her docuseries I Am Cait, a lot has changed.

In the recently released clip, Caitlyn and her friends are talking about her sexual orientation when she drops a bomb after pal Chandi Moore asks her whether she’d consider herself to be a lesbian.

Jenner responds, “To be honest with you, I don’t see dating women in the future. I’ve been there. Done that. I’ve got three ex-wives.”

Without skipping a beat, another friend, Jennifer Boylan, turns to her and says, “So now you can have an ex-husband!”

Jenner’s response?  “That’s right.”

This is a new development as far as Caitlyn’s dating preferences are concerned.

When Caitlyn Jenner first came out as transgender, her dating preferences weren’t something she was willing to discuss on camera.  When asked whether she was interested in men or women by Matt Lauer, Jenner responded by saying, “Honestly, I don’t even know.  I don’t even want to go there. Right now, I’m happy living myself. I have no idea what the future holds. I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.”

Of course Jenner’s dating preferences aren’t the only things about her life that’s changed. It looks like the 66-year-old may also be willing to rethink her lukewarm stance on gay marriage.

Back in September 2015, in Jenner’s first talk show appearance since announcing her transition, Ellen DeGeneres brought up the fact that Jenner’s conservative views weren’t necessarily compatible with some of the issues Jenner now faced  as a woman and a trans person. Namely, gay marriage.

Even though Jenner was adamant about being “on board” with the issue, her support seemed tentative.

“I  think like a lot of people on this issue, I have really changed my thinking here to, ‘I don’t ever want to stand in front of anybody’s happiness.’ That’s not my job, okay? If that word — ‘marriage’ — is really, really that important to you, I can go with it.”

Clearly, we have a lot to look forward to. Watch the clip below.

I Am Cait season 2 premieres on E! March 6 at 9PM.
